Some are generic and for everybody, while some require a degree of diagnosis. The key to determining what to change is to have a thorough checklist systematically, addressing in turn each causal factor.

Exactly what is required, and when, is completely person dependent and the benefit of working one to one is that the plan is responsive to the needs of the individual. For one person, all of the work could be carried out on the physical, for another, on the energetic and emotional. For most people, there will be a process of switching back and forth between the layers and so a single coaching session could include aspects from any or even all of the week outlines.
