Overview
Simply put, Soul Integration is the reclamation or retrieving of aspects of our consciousness, energy field, which we have lost in this lifetime.
The work of Soul Integration is a particularly pleasing and fruitful approach to Hypnotherapy and Therapy as the results are so fast and life changing.
We may have fragmented our energy and lost it in a variety of ways:
- The creation of aspects (similar to ‘parts’ in IFS) which become separated identities (eg an inner child aspect) which is kept safe and ‘isolated’ from the predominant consciousness;
- Disembodiment or dissociation from the body, due to traumatic experience;
- When aspects of consciousness have become lost due to psychedelic, alcohol or other out of body experiences;
- Where energy is left attached to the former partner after a relationship break up and separation.
The outcome of a soul integration is renewed access to those pieces of lost energy, which are brought back into our field and then become available to and create pleasing outcomes or happiness.
Where soul fragmentation has occurred, the trauma could be remembered from an event which occurred in this lifetime, or with past life regression an event which occurred in a previous life.
It is not necessary to actually remember an experience, so for clients for whom memories are too traumatic to be recalled into conscious awareness, or who’s memory is too shut down to do so, Soul Integration is still possible. Tuning into any awareness of an experience which led to Soul fragmentation in whatever way is possible, and working from there, is sufficient to allow integration.
Because time is not linear, soul integration also applies across the whole continuum of this life, past life and indeed future life. So, we can get more creative and integrate for instance:
- Soul aspects yet to incarnate in this lifetime, but which are awaiting triggers or choice points
- Soul aspects from parallel timelines within which a version of you has achieved results which you desire for yourself in this timeline
- Soul aspects from the wider Soul family or Higher Soul
- Soul aspects from your Oversoul awareness, or even from highest Source consciousness
– here we can be really creative, and ask for things which currently seem impossible from this limited viewpoint of time and space
Soul integration, like life’s journey, never really stops. It is a powerful healing technique which brings about exciting and life changing results But, we are initially motivated to solve a problem, to rectify an issue or heal a trauma. Then as we become more healed, more whole, more holy, we explore further the boundary or our own joy and expansion, continuing to expand into ever greater levels of joyful presence in the universe.
