Whole Day Transformation & Activation Session
For those who wish to maximise the value of their time, or who are looking for the most rapid transformation possible, a full day of focused time and space invites a shift that runs very deeply and will cover a lot of ground.
Where appropriate, the possibility to use a variety of shamanic tools also opens, the additional neuroplasticity and higher realm guidance adding further fuel for transformation.

Before the day, your energetic information is viewed through the lenses of Health History, your Human Design, your Gene Keys and more
The information is returned and reviewed one week before the day providing a foundation and grounding for any insight and for advice to be highly personalised and relevant. A week allows time for dreams and insight to come into awareness, for both myself as space holder and you as participant, and a dream diary is kept by both of us to record information which arrives in this way.
A psychic and energetic connection will also form, which helps initiate the transformation process.
It is helpful, to undertake a mini cleanse before the day, to assist with receiving insights and to allow the body to move energy, but this is not a necessity.
Beginning & Clarifying Outcomes
Opening a space, or safe energetic container, with clarity in intention and frequency, creates a boundary and and a location within which the highest shifts and outcomes will unfold.
Meeting in conversation, discussion and exploration sets the tone for exactly what outcomes are desired for the day, what is possible, and what directions the work may take. Weather permitting, the countryside of East Sussex opens up and beckons us to explore and be nurtured in its beautiful open and nourishing spaces whilst engaging in the work.
Following on from the masculine setting of intention and direction and outcome, the feminine principle is accessed, as this is the potential, void or womb of creation, within which new possibilities are seeded and will grow into manifest fruition.
As well as the conscious acts of creation and exchange, energetic key codes received by me and carried from various activations, sacred sites, medicine journeys, intention and lifetimes of work are available to be exchanged and received. This occurs via a wide range of tools and techniques, the time and physical presence allowing for the use of shamanic and ceremonial practices to be incorporated to anchor the work.

Middle & Reprogramming
A two-part process provides context and substance, or the meat and potatoes if you will, for the days transformation.

In the first part of the main process, Emotional Freedom Technique processes shadow and trauma which locks in unhealthy, unhealed patterns of behaviour and experience, to clean the sheet, and human operating system and free up energy for new creation.
In the second part Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and/or PSYCH-K installs upgraded, higher octave beliefs, behaviours and patterns which align with the desired outcomes identified and agreed upon in the beginning session.
These two sessions can be compared to the operation of a computer, the first deleting old programs, freeing up disk space, running anti-virus, cleaning the cache and closing out redundant processing threads which are not required and simply consuming our capacity to carry out beneficial tasks, and the second installing new operating instructions and programs.
The two sessions are run back-to-back, after which occurs rest, integration and grounding time
End & Integration
With a significant shift in place, habits, choices and physical shifts are anchored in place which will support the transformation.

This aspect of the day can be thought of as a grounding part to the exercise, with activation and manifestation of the energetic templates seeded earlier in the day set in motion that will continue into the following days, weeks and months…

Clients can be picked up from East Grinstead station if required or met at the community centre car park in Forest Row village.
The timing for the day will usually be between the hours of 10 am and 6pm, although this may be tailored to taking account train times, sunrise and sunset time and forecast weather patterns.
